Mark Hogan is remarkable. He has done 3 major remodel projects for us over the years and each has exceeded our expectations. When you are not on site while the work is being done, it is somewhat frightening to open the door on your return…well, we have been delighted every time. His advice about what is and is not reasonable and practical and esthetically pleasing has been right on target. His mantra is ” do it right the first time”. And he does do it right. He does not cut corners and he does not do cheap work, nor would he let us go for the cheap solution. The staff at Woodrun Place loves to have Mark on a project, because they know it will be done well, with minimal interruption, on time and with a minimum of residual cleanup for the housekeeping staff. While we have not been there, Mark has kept us appraised of the project via photos and emails, and he has been a comfortable and very honest contractor to work with. We give Mark our highest recommendation.

We decided to replace our flooring, countertops and cabinets in 2 bathrooms and our kitchen (and other items) very late in the off season. Yet, after being referred to Mark by Woodrun V’s management, we were able to complete the project’s planning and materials with Mark in about a week (and from Michigan). Not only did Mark complete the project under budget and on time (which was “squeezed” to say the least), he did a great job.

My wife and I purchased a home in Snowmass Village. We asked for recommendation from a few realtors and friends in the Snowmass area. After meeting Mark of Hoganwerks, I knew he was the builder for us. In the first few meetings we noticed Mark as a builder with an attention to detail and organization that nobody else offered or could deliver. Living1100 miles away, it was important to us to have a builder that we could trust with important detail that we were looking for without having to be there on a regular basis. He takes his work personal. He treats your home as if it’s his own during the project. Mark took the time to prepare a written outline that would serve as a bible to us for the entire project. Mark is one that will keep you updated with numerous photos if needed and is available by phone most of the time if you have a question.

The quality of work you can expect from Hoganwerks is top notch. His attention to detail makes his company one of the top remodeler’s in the area. My relationship started with Mark as a business partner in our remodeling project. I’m proud to say today that I view Mark as a friend for the way he has changed our lives in the Snowmass Village area.

Teddy and I just had to sing your praises. You truly are the tops in your field from your workmanship, creativeness & job completion. How fortunate we feel for having selecting you to do our complete remodel of our two story town home. Once we hired you, you were 100% on the job, from taking us to suppliers, completing a kitchen, bathroom , flooring , replacing all hardware, banister and doors. Your communication, as we were not in Colorado during reconstruction was fantastic. You sent us weekly pictures and kept us aware as if we were there all along. You are the most capable GC, honest, trustworthy & we could think of no one else we would work with. Not only did you finish on time you came in right on budget. You really went above & behind with our neighbors leeks & the damage resulting in our unit.

Condo Complex

As a member of the HOA Board we had plans to redo our entryways, hallways and doors into the units. Along with that phase we wanted to redo, & redesign the lobby & the conference room. Not sure if you would take on a job of this magnitude at first, all we needed to hear after interviewing several GC’s that You were the only one.
